I’m focused on helping you redefine your relationship with change.

Change shows up when you lose a loved one, start or end a relationship, set boundaries with family and friends, struggle to accept the physical challenges of aging, come out of the closet, honor your gender identity publicly, hold others accountable, make career decisions, decide to eat better and get more sleep, become a caregiver for someone who is terminally ill, find out you are terminally ill, choose to get a handle on finances, struggle to stay sober, allow yourself to let others see your flaws, believe in yourself for maybe the first time––take a risk. The list goes on.

If you’re new to therapy, asking for help could be a big change and you may feel uncomfortable. I get it. It’s my job to hold those uneasy feelings for you, give you a place to be yourself and say what you need to say, state your fears, express your anger, put words and tears to your sadness, and be excited without judgment. I am dedicated to creating a safe, culturally sensitive space for my clients that is sex-positive and LGBTQ Affirmative.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working under the supervision of Jennifer R. Levin, MFT, PhD, FT in her private practice at Therapy Heals, Inc. We are located in Pasadena, California. Thank you for visiting my site. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to schedule a free phone consultation––I’d love to speak with you.
